MISE sells digital products that are made available for download immediately after payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive experience. If something has gone wrong, we encourage you to reach out before assuming a refund is not possible.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered, regardless of circumstances.
We strongly recommend verifying system compatibility (Microsoft Excel 2019 or later, Google Sheets) before purchase. Compatibility information is clearly listed on the product page.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks for digital goods may result in order fulfillment being revoked and the account being flagged for future purchases.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. MISE does not have access to your card or payment details.
