Refund Policy

Because all MISE products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we maintain a limited refund policy. Please review the conditions below before completing your purchase.

Overview

MISE sells digital products that are made available for download immediately after payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to have a positive experience. If something has gone wrong, we encourage you to reach out before assuming a refund is not possible.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund
  • Product file is corrupted or undeliverable
  • Significant technical issue preventing use
  • Duplicate accidental purchase
  • Product content materially misrepresented
  • Requested within 7 days, product not accessed
Not Eligible for Refund
  • Product has been downloaded or accessed
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Request made after 7 days of purchase
  • Incompatibility with your software version
  • Partial use of bundled product components

7-Day Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered, regardless of circumstances.

We strongly recommend verifying system compatibility (Microsoft Excel 2019 or later, Google Sheets) before purchase. Compatibility information is clearly listed on the product page.

How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."

Include your order details
Provide your order number, purchase email address, and a brief description of the issue.

We review your request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Resolution
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks for digital goods may result in order fulfillment being revoked and the account being flagged for future purchases.

Processing Partner

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. MISE does not have access to your card or payment details.
