By accessing, purchasing, or downloading any product from MISE ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "User") agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
These terms apply to all digital products sold through our platform, including the Restaurant Financial Model Bundle and any future MISE products.
Upon purchase, MISE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased digital product subject to the following conditions:
All MISE products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive access to your purchased files via the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate or within a few minutes of purchase.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure delivery is not blocked by spam filters. MISE is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
All MISE products, including but not limited to spreadsheet models, templates, written content, visual designs, and accompanying documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of MISE. All rights are reserved.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright. You are purchasing a limited license to use the product as described in Section 2.
You agree not to use any MISE product for the following purposes:
MISE products are provided "as is" and are intended as general financial planning tools for the restaurant industry. They are not a substitute for professional financial, accounting, legal, or business advice.
While we take care to ensure accuracy, MISE makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any product for a specific purpose, completeness of projections, or guaranteed business outcomes.
You assume full responsibility for how you use, apply, and rely on any MISE product in your business decision-making.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MISE and its owners, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any purchased product.
In no event shall MISE's total liability to you exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized merchant of record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms of service and privacy policy. MISE does not store your payment information.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. For full details on our refund conditions, please refer to our Refund Policy.
MISE reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of purchased products following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
